Many patients are suffering with multiple joint pain & deformity due to polyarticular rheumatoid arthritis. Multiple joint replacement surgery is the only solution for these patients. Patients with multiple joint pain need pain relief & deformity correction in all joints in single session, and then only we can put them into their normal mobility level. If we do replacement in one joint alone the patient can not utilize the advantage of that surgery due to other joint pain & deformity.
