Disabling stiff elbow is a big problem to perform their Activities of Daily Living. Earlier, in cases of post traumatic elbow stiffness surgical release was rarely recommended. This was attributed to the unpredictable results and risky nature of the surgery; having the potential to damage the neurovascular bundle that existed in close proximity of the operating region. But we developed & mastered the well versed systematic sequential approach and we proved that our approach is giving good results without any complications.
